Professional Dreamcast Production
Although many of our favorite Dreamcast titles had amazing Cover Art, some of them had a black-and-white manuals, which was a little disappointing (we love to read manuals). Some Japanese releases — however, featured a full-color manual, and that’s exactly what we wanted to achieve with Wind and Water: A professional disk release with a 40-page full color manual and pressed CD.
No corners were cut in the production phase, as well as in the development and all the pixel art of the game:
Coming up with an ambitious project made us learn a lot and if you play our game, you will learn exactly how indie game development starts and the hurdles that we go through, in a fun way, starring our main Character Amy.
Eight years after Wind and Water
When we developed W&W for handheld, we had to be very careful with its resources. However, mobiles are now very powerful. That means that for our future projects, we can push hardware to a higher limit, which should be fun too :)
We are happy to know that production and pressing for professional Dreamcast games is still as it was in its prime. Something fans like us really like, and a small detail that we hope you enjoy too :)
Now, how would you like to see our future releases? Print, press, digital? :) Let us know in the comments below!
